True student voice and agency in learning involves students designing their own learning experiences. Admittedly this is a major leap for most of us, as we challenge ourselves to incorporate more voice and agency into our classrooms and gradually relinquish control.However if we are to truly engage our students we need to provide students with the opportunity to play a significant and genuine role in their own learning.
